Had my garage roof replaced by Key Roofing. The job was completed in good time and my property was left clean and tidy when the work was finished. I am very pleased with the result – would definitely use their services again if I need any other work done in future.
We had been struggling to secure a roofing company to fix issues found during the building survey before moving house. After trying several companies, we thankfully came across Key Roofing from a recommendation by a friend. Wayne came to assess what needed to be done, and from the outset, his communication far exceeded my experience of most building contractors. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and most importantly very transparent about what needed to be done and how the work would be carried out. There was a bit of a delay to the start of the work, but Wayne kept us informed of these delays ahead of time and never left us guessing about if/when they would turn up to complete the work.
Once the work was complete, Wayne took the time to show us what he had done and allowed us to ask any questions, which I felt was very good customer service. The roof now looks great, and I feel confident that the issues have been fixed.
Wayne attended our property today to help us assess a ‘wet wall’ in our utility room, we weren’t sure whether it was our roof and how we might resolve it. Wayne was punctual, professional and so helpful and knowledgeable. We now understand what the issue is, how we need to resolve it, and most importantly, we have a plan to progress the building work! We’d absolutely recommend him.
Wayne and Martyn from Key Roofing were a godsend after Storm Eunice. We suffered extensive damage to a flat roof section of our house and I rang them up for emergency repairs. They arrived earlier than they estimated and quickly set about making everything safe. They were friendly, reassuring and explained every step of the process.
